The basic knowledge about ionosphere and the theory about earth electromagnetic wave transmiting in the ionosphere are introduced detailedly in this paper. And the correction method of ionosphere delay and some ionosphere models that are in common use are also introduced. All kinds of facts that are influenced by ionosphere delay in using of GPS are analysed. The precision is improved by using the model of GPS analysing ionosphere lingering, via more researching of observation value and influence factor that are related. As for the middle and low latitude altiplano, it is difficult to describe the change of ionosphere with a appropriate mathematics model, and the changeable excursion of electron content is different in diverse place. Therefor in this paper, double frequency GPS observation value is adopted in this paper, under the considering of GPS system hardware delay, through the pseudo range and the reconstructed carrier phase observation value to work out TEC, then project it to a imaging layer above the altiplano(Kunming zone) air about 350km. Consequently export the method of plumb TEC around receiving station, through this method, the plumb TEC that we get is the average value of a prick angle around the vertex. In using the measure of dispersion statistic, combining the high precision data that collected in Kunming station, the day by day time sequence value of total electron content in altiplano zone (Kunming) ionosphere is accounted. On this base, the characteristic of TEC Sunday-changing in middle and low latitude place in double-hump zone is traced out, contradistinguishing with cors of Kunming. The average changeable characteristic in a day in altiplano ionosphere and the peak value of TEC on the sequence of time are also researched.
