The application of the superconductor is not only electric current with nonresistant transmition, but the Josephson junctions which are made by superconductor are also the most important component parts in Superconductivity QUantum Interference Device and other superconducting components, so it is very important to research the characteristics of Josephson junctions. The thesis used the revised BTK theory and BdG equations, calculated the transmission and reflection coefficients of particles at the Josephson junctions, then described theⅠ-Ⅴcurves for various barrier strengths.The history and characteristics and application of the superconductor were introduced briefly in Chapter One. The discovery of Josephson effect is the base of the application of superconductor in the fields weak electricity, so in Chapter Two we introduced some kinds of Josephson junctions,Josephson effect and their current situations. in chapter tree, we focused on the Andreev reflection, revised BTK theory and BdG equations, and then used the revised BTK theory and BdG equations calculated the transmission and reflection coefficients of particles at Josephson junctions, and drew up theⅠ-Ⅴcurves for various barrier strengths detailedly.Chapter Four is the core in this thesis,in this chapter,in this chapter,we calculated the Josephson electric current in magnetic field,and then discussed it.
