Condensate gas reservoir are particular reservoir, occupies an important position in the development of gas reservoir. We should paid much attention to the phase behavior and properties of such type of fluids as more and more ultrahigh pressure condensate gas reservoir are discovered world wide, and we should strengthen the experimental and theoretical study of their phase state. The condensate gas reservoir development of the tarim basin creates domestic reservoir new areas, demonstrated reserves of 40% of our country, that has buried deep, with high pressure, the overlying strata and fluids are complex and complicated that make the development and effective is difficult, for high technology. To these ultrahigh pressure reservoir, the physical nature of the fluid, especially the Z-factor as the important parameter for development and engineering reservoir is having peculiarity or not, is worthy of further research.Condensate gas on the ground under is the single phase, while pressure fall below in the dew point of pressure to occur retrograde condensate phenomenon, appear gas-liquid phase, make condensate oil disable to well up, the exploitation is difficulty, so the selection of development system is more important. But for the ultrahigh pressure condensate gas reservoir, whether the phase states have particularity, the deviation coefficient is calculated by the existing model can be used, it is no experimental to verify. So it is necessary to do research of the deviation coefficient from many angles. The article through at typical three wells' samples of the tarim oilfield, their representative analysis and fluid features analysis, use of the high temperatures and pressures of the state mapping PVT instrument to test the phase state act of high pressure condensate gas reservoir, work out the deviation coefficient of the reservoir with the experimental results, that guide the development of high temperatures and deep gas reservoir practice, to formulate a reasonable plan for the development of science.
