The information of neuron discharging implicates in the frequency action-potential and the time delay, the concerned theory Frequency-coding and Time-coding had also sustained developing. The early neuron-coding theory considers that, there have the direct relations between the action-potential frequency and the stimulation intensity of physiological signal. But, through researching the shark temperature-receptor afterwards, has promulgated that both the frequency and the rhythm of neuron-discharging has the relation to the temperature control. Recently, in the nerve code research, through researching for relations between charging trains and the blood pressure change in the baroreceptor of rabbit, had discovered that there has the good corresponding relations between the action-potential rhythm and the blood pressure change. And, the researcher point out the blood pressure signal changes the rhythm of neuron-discharge through the adjustment depolarization current. These all results showed, it is the important question to researching the pattern of neuron-discharge, and the researcher discovers the rule nerve-discharge through studying relations between nerve-coding and the physiology significance, unifying the result physiological experiment and the mathematical model together. The field of excited biophysics is not merely one kind of simple academic overlapping product and the research method, thus but is devotes to understanding neuron activity in the revelation nature a more universal rule for making a bigger contribution. The simple neuron-discharge pattern is observed in the pacemaker model of chronic pain nerve, it may take in solving neuron community discharge and the coded message process, the single neuron-discharge is important reference and the research basis. Presently, the concerned research is unceasingly enriching understanding of the neuron-discharge pattern, specially the chaos concept and the analysis method apply in the research nerve electric discharge, it is advantageous in the solving and understanding non-cycle rhythm and phenomena of irregular vibration, moreover the chaos also can promulgate the definite rule in the multi-dimensional. Studying on chaos rhythm in charging process could be primary coverage of the nerve discharge rhythm in the future.The chaos is the common form of Bifurcations, but its form is more complex. The slight change can result the discharge pattern transitions different. The different condition could result the neuron to having completely different discharge sequence, in which has contained the different chaos rhythm. In the physiology experiment, has proven in the identical neuron through the neuron specificity medicine adjustment:The different medicine enabled the identical neuron to experiencing the entirely different bifurcation process under same physiological condition, and, succeeded simulation the same result in the mathematical model through changing corresponding parameter. In addition, the research in injured nerve chaos discovered that, the transition between period 1 and period 2 have the different chaos hypostyle, such phenomenon appears in addition-bifurcation sequence, explained the different bifurcation sequence and the chaos have close correlation.At present hadn't discovery the chaos between period 1 and period 2 in double-bifurcation sequence, moreover had discovered the addition-bifurcation without chaos, explained the chaos isn't the process which must be taken in addition-bifurcation, and different addition-bifurcation is caused by the different environment parameter. The studying on double parameter showed that, on the same neuron have processed chaos rhythm and the non-chaos rhythm, the chaos rhythm causes the nerve discharge sequence to be more complex, nearly all complex sequences all have the chaos rhythm appearance, therefore chaos is not the transition which must be taken, but the chaos is universal phenomenon, the research in chaos rhythm will be one of nerve discharge primary coverage in the future.This article also analysis and compared the chaos rhythm which appears in experimental of nerve pacemaker, had discovered different hypostyle of a kind of chaos between period land 2, through time encoding theory analyzed the chaos rhythm characteristic with emphasis, pointed out the chaos rhythm in the different bifurcation sequence, has compared several kind of chaos and the period rhythm, the chaos and the stochastic rhythm under the bifurcation sequence background. That provide the evidence and the reference to studied the chaos's function in the bifurcation sequence.The main results are as follows:1. In the experimental of pacemaker neuron, have record 89 nerve discharge, including the period rhythm, stochastic rhythm and chaos rhythm.2. In those result of experiment, discovered four kinds of bifurcation sequence from resting to discharge, processing a series of bifurcation.3. Integrating the bifurcation sequence, analyzed several kind of chaos rhythms between period and other period.And, analyses those chaos, thought Surrogate data, Nonlinear prediction error and UPOs.4. In the studying on chaos rhythm, discovered four hypostyle the chaos between period 1 and period 2, and compared those hypostyles.
