As for AIDS research, the dynamics method of mathematics is able to reflect the spread of disease mechanism, popular trend in the macroscopic view comparing with traditional biology, which makes people to understand some of the popular process overall condition. Considering delay is more close to biological significance than discrete time-delay in distribution, this paper mainly explores infection model containing distributed delays HIV, and the stability of the built model. The first chapter mainly introduces the historical background of the emergence of AIDS, the current research status of HIV infection model, meanwhile, a general introduction is made about the main work the author have done in this paper.Chapter two discusses HIV infection model of distributed and infected delays containing CTL immune response. Analyzing and getting the global asymptotic stability of the uninfected equilibrium and infected equilibrium with no immune of the model, and locally asymptotic stability of infection immune as well.Based on the proposed model in second chapter, the third perfects and revises it. Bringing infect delay and immune delay into the model, building infection model containing two distributed delays HIV. Analyzing and getting the global asymptotic stability of the uninfected equilibrium and infected equilibrium with no immune of the model, then a simulated analysis is made on the infected immune equilibrium.
