Two problems related to the nuclear data benchmark test are concerned in this thesis. The first-order perturbation theory is used to the sensitivity profile of the Keff in the fast facility. The calculated formulas are given in the sphere co-ordinate. As the example, the sensitivity profile of the Keff to the (?),σn,f and σn,γ of the GODIVA and ZPR-6/7 are all calculated. The results are also compared with the results of the FORSS. The Uncertainty analysis formulas are also given in this paper. We investigate the adequacy of the available 233U cross-section of the CENDL for calculation of the fast experimental critical system. The fast facilities are used in our work. The Keff and the central fission-rate-ratio,cfr[235U][233U], are calculated. By the comparison of the results between the CENDL and ENDF/B, some advises are given to improve the evaluation of the 233U cross-section of the CENDL.
