From the eighties, the method of Non Uniform Ration B-spline (NURBS) has become the most popular in design of curves and surfaces, and it is used widely in industrial manufacture and has become the standard of industry. Because of the advantages of the NURBS surface, it important to research into the NURBS surface.In this paper, the main work is about the binary quadratic form of NURBS. The results of research of the multivariate spline is discussed in the first chapter. In the second chapter, the most important methods of surface design are introduced. In the third, according to the thought of R.H.Wang, the multivariate spline is applied to the NURBS surface are also discussed. The programming of binary quadratic NURBS surface is achieved in chapter 4. |
