This paper investigates the sufficient conditions of nonsingular H matrix ,the basic properties of inverse H matrix and the iterative methods for the system of linear equation. There are three chapters in this paper altogether. In chapter 1 ,the sufficient conditions of H matrix are studied, the concept of local double a diagonally dominant matrix is given and its relation with H matrix is studied. In chapter 2,the basic properties of inverse H matrix are studied. There are two parts in chapter 3m the first part ,the convergent theorem of AOR iterative methods is given when the system of linear equation belongs to one special subclass of H matrix. In the second part ,the multi splitting multi parameter method for H matrix is provided and its convergent property is studied.
