The research on approximation and interpolation with constrained length is important in industrial applications. In this paper, aconstructing method is presented, which produces one G'continuecomposed Bezier interpolation curve of degree two with constrained length. The key of this method is how to choose inside weights according to the constrained length. And the curve is expressed with NURBS of degree two.The application of weights gives more flexible in design, but it Needs the designers and the users have to be more experienced in weights. The research on weights' native is more expochal. In this paper, we slove the relations of rational Bezier curve of degree two and Bezier curve of degree two, NURBS curve of degree two and B spline curve of degree two, NURBS curve of degree three and B spline curve of degree three. And we discuss the relation of general NURBS curve of degree k and B spline curve of degree k.An approach of representing circular arcs with NURBS of degree two was given by others, but it was based on the hypothesis that the arc angle is less than n. An approach of representing circular arcs with NURBS of degree two is presented in this paper and the central angle is between 0 and IK . A perfect law representing circular arcs with NURBS of degree three is presented.
