This paper presented here introduced genetic algorithm to structure model analysis, including inverse structure statics problem and inverse structure dynamics problem and obtained comparatively pleased result.The following work has been done during the course of completing the paper:Adopted niche concept to improve genetic algorithm which is different from general genetic algorithm and traditional optimization method. The improved genetic algorithm adopt isolation strategy in evolution. Isolation not only can maintain the diversity in population but also has the function of guidance for evolution, so the algorithm is more approximate to solve the optimization problem of the function which has much more peaks.Adopted isolate nich genetic algorithm to solve the poblem of inverse structure statics and applied the algorithm to the example of inverse beam structure statics problem. The result is satisfactory, the success lays a foundation for solving the same type of inverse statics problem for more complex structure .Adopted isolate nich genetic algorithm to solve the poblem of inverse structure dynamics and applied the algorithm to the example of inverse beam structure dynamics problem.
