Measurement by chaos is a fairly new method to measure signal at present, and there is few researches about this. In this paper, a complete system of chaotic measurement, based on the theory of tiny signal measurement by chaos, has been developed. Our work mainly includes improving the chaotic circuits and enhancing the data processing method, which develop the measurement system.Firstly, we design a method named "clock adjusting" to solve the problem of "critical point". Secondly, we have obtained plenty of chaotic data, and presented a new method derived from Neural Network theory to process the symbolic series, which improves the accuracy of measurement. Thirdly, we use the chaotic system to measure frequency. Finally, coupled chaotic system is realized to measure the fluctuation of magnetic field. Meanwhile, It is proved that coupled chaotic system could be used to reduce noise. This experiment also finds an efficient approach for noise reduction in chaotic measurement.
