Erdos basin is one of the large-scale inland basins shorting water resource in China, hydrological and hydrochemistry data have been accumulated by means of plenty of geologic and hydrological works from 1950s in this region. However, there is a question how to manage and make full use of hydrochemistry data in being and research law of cretaceous hydrochemistry distributing on the base of former introducing advanced technology means, so it is so very important and pressing to master filling, entering and vent rule and entirely bring into play energy of groundwater and make use of groundwater resource that it can promote economic development and environment protection.Judging by the special topic 'hydrochemistry study of automatic flow water basin about Erdos cretaceous' from project of 'Erdos basin groundwater reconnaissance' investigated Geology department of China, this paper selected establishing and applying of Erdos Cretaceous Groundwater hydrochemistry Spatial Database (EKGHSDB) as a question for discussion and carry out all works. Firstly, it constructs EKGCSDB based analyzed region all groundwater hydrochemistry data, then based on EKGHSDB it conducted secondary developing and realized Erdos Cretaceous Groundwater hydrochemistry Analysis System (EKGHAS) seeing MAPGIS as developing platform, it took advantage of many tools and methods in the course of realization, for example, Visual C# computer language, MAPGIS65 developing technology and ADO technology etc. The system can complete not only basic database management, figure display and query but isoline form function. So it can better isoline draw process for analyzing mineralization result and groundwater hydrochemistry law of anion, cation distribution, it can also design and carry out superposing analysis function and use superposing method draw zone figure of hydrochemistry type. Moreover, the system of secondary development has function that stores ultimate figure result into spatial database, it is not steady but flexible at any moment, it can so discretionarily superpose together with other figure layers that it forms synthesis figure set of multi-layer superposing and complicated content for the zone supplying accessorial support. The paper realizes EKGHAS by means of establishing EKGHSDB, it will provide powerful support for farther study of hydrochemistry and development using of water resource. In addition, it brings forward to future study direction and plans to use further GIS, so it will be good guide.
