With The Boot Variable Multi-hierarchical Method In The Eighth Five-year Plan 5-farm Weather Forecasts

Multi-level Recursive Method has been attached much weight since the eighties of the 20th century and was used in many fields such as petroleum, meteorology, finance, economy and so on. It has been improved. Multi-level Recursive Method include Multi-level Recursive identification, Multi-level Recursive prediction and Multi-level Recursive control. Especially, in the essence, Multi-level Recursive predication method divides the condition on system into two parts : time-varying parameters predication and the condition predication on system on the basis of the former. The progress case of theory and application investigation of this method is introduced and improved. In this paper the author use the Multi-level Recursive Method in the weather prediction of 855 Farm. The result of predication is very satisfied.
