Evaluation Studies Based On Gis Support Of Regional Quality Of Arable Land - For Example, Yutian County

The study of regional cultivated land quality evaluation aimed at revealing the situation of agricultural land quality and theirs distribution in both theory and reality in regard to the government' policies of agriculture development, cultivated land exploration, field basic construction and cultivated land sustainable development.With yutian county as an example, on the base of deeply understanding reality situations of yutian county and a mass of analyzing interrelated materials, by means of investigation on the spot, indoor data analysis, according to the regulation for classification and gradation on agricultural land, basing on nature environment conditions and society economy conditions and so on, the paper selected main evaluation factors, then imposed the factor method for classification on the agricultural land, basing on the classification, imposed the amendment method for gradation on agricultural land. According to the basic factors by Hebei province ascertain the paper divided two index areas in yutian county, calculated the indexes and exponents of evaluation factors, standing by GIS established the space databases and attribution databases of different evaluation factors and evaluation cells, so finished cultivated grade evaluation and rank evaluation of two index areas.Indicating from the study result: though cultivated quality gradation and classification of agricultural land had the different evaluation aims, methods, keystones, in the condition of reflecting the situation of cultivated quality they put up the relative consistent distributive trend. Although the gradation and classification each one showed local changes, reflected the area inherent quality, outcome had identical nature and unitary nature. On the base of the evaluation result, the paper analyzed the relativity of the classification index and gradation index, proved relation of the grass andmore grass in the result of gradation and natural classification, exploring classification and classification of agricultural land.The paper also suggested some problems needing to more researching, such as the superposition analysis to the same evaluation unit, the relation and the position description of the evaluation result of the classification and gradation of the agricultural land and the natural geographical factors.
