Huize Pb-Zn-Ge-Cd deposit is a typical ore deposit occurred in Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou lead-zinc metallogenic area. The enrichment coefficient of Ge and Cd in main ore body reaches 6978 and 3640 respectively, which shows that dispersed elements have a special geochemical behavior in this area.By studying deposit's geochemical features, it is believed that mineralizing metals came from D3 and C1 stratums; ore-forming fluid is atmosphere water ; mineralizing era is later Permian; sulphur came from seawater sulfate; and it is a low-middle temperature deposit. Emeishan basalt provided heat impetus without providing mineralizing metals.Germanium enriched mainly in galenite, and cadmium enriched mainly in nonage sphalerite; Isomorphism is the subsistent state of Ge and Cd, but it can't exclude the probability that Ge and Cd absorbed by organic matter. Ge and Cd holded the same origin as major metal elements. The content of Ge in NO.3 ore body approaching the earth's surface is much larger than that of deeper ore body, owning to Germanium's high activity in the earth's surface, relatively low-temperature and biology action. The ore-forming pattern can be generalized "atmosphere water leaching -convection circle -metallogenic".
