In this paper, first we study the exact solution of the derivative nonlinear Schrodinger model for Boson particles, then investigate the integrabiliry of DNLS model for spin-1/2 particles. With the help of Lax operator, we derive the Hamiltonian of the model. Then, we find the Yang-Baxter equation satisfied by the monodromy matrix defined through Lax operator. Infinite conserved quantities can be obtained by expanding the monodromy matrix repecting to the spectrum parameter. Thus, the integrability of the system is proved. We list the commutation relations among the elements of such monodromy matrix through the Yang-Baxter equation. In the framework of Bethe Ansatz method, we can solve the eigenvalues and the eigenvectors.
