In order to obtain approved material of penetrator, a tungsten-titanium powder mixture was shock-compressed with cylindrical configuration/single tube set up by symmetrical sliding detonation. There was layer-crack in retrieved sample which was not appropriate for material of penetrator. The mechanism of explosive compaction was researched with the shock-wave theory and state equation of powder was established by parameter fit. Three different models were established to acquire compressive stress and density in the sample by calculating the density,velocity of detonator and parameter of detonation wave ,which could be used to instruct the experiment. Complete the experiment of explosive compaction and analysis the influence of experiment parameter to the results. Finally approved method was put forward to find optimal project. |
