In this paper, we study, under some assumptions, stability analysis and observer design of some classes of delay systems, which consist of the variable structure control of variable time - delay systems, the stability analysis and observer design for lipschtiz nonlinear delay systems with uncertainties and the stability analysis and observer design for Lipschtiz nonlinear neutral - type delay systems with uncertainties.In chapter 1, the variable structure control is discussed for the variable time -We gain the controller of the variable time - delay system by using approach law which utilizes the methods of the Riccati equation and the matrix inequalities.In chapter 2, we investigated the stability anslysis and observer design for the Lipschtiz nonlinear delay system with uncertainties:We acquired, by using the matrix decomposition and solving the linear matrix inequalities , an explicit expression of the desired observer in terms of some free parametres. In chapter 3, we consider the stability analysis and observer design for the Lipschtiz nonliear neutral - type delay system with uncertainties:we obtain, in terms of some free parametres, an explicit expression of the desired observer which involved in certain set by using the martrix decomposition, solving the linear maxtrix inequalities and the generalized inverse theory.
