In this paper, the theory of Optical Aperture Synthesis Imaging Technology(OSAI) is studied, with the emphasis on the principle of the form of interference pattern . As far as current experiment condition is concerned, the interferometric method of a Twyman_Green interferometer is modified according to the method of masking, and an experiment model is introduced to implement the common-optical-path interferometric method of two apertures and detect the interference pattern. Considering about the requirement of light distance change, the other model is worked out on the base of the former method, where only the method of masking needs to be adjusted to inplement the different-optical-path interferometric method. As a result, every interference pattern in different interferometric methods is obtained with high contrast. In more detail, according to a full analysis of the experiment results, the following issues are researched: the requirement of the change of the light path, the effect of three kinds of factors on the interference pattern: the choice of light source, the sizes of the two apertures, the distance and the orientation of the baseline(relative distance of two apertures). It's concluded that the problem that which factors may have the most serious effect on the interference pattern can be fully resolved by the method of masking, which lays an important foundation for the later work of OSAI.
