With the development of the science, the intersection and pervasion of the optics and life sciences each other, a verge subject(biology organizational optics) develops swiftly. It is the new pattern subject offset related to the action of the optical radiation and the biologic organizing. In astrophysics, atmospheric optics, marine optics, scattering phenomena of turbid media was studied early, and many kinds of theories about it were produced. We know that many qualities of light will be damaged or weakened in different degree when the light transmits in the biologic organizing, these changes relate with the qualities of the biologic organizing and reflect the internal information of biologic organizing. Our problem is how to extract and dispose the information properly. The mechanism of the action of the light and the biologic organizing is very complex, it is not only related to the characteristic of lightwave, but also to the structure of the biologic organizing\physical chemistry and the biologic characteristic. The transmission of the light in the field of the biologic organizing has mainly two effect of the dispersion and absorbing. Now, it's discovered that for light in 600~1300nm wave range, the majority of biologic tissues were highly scattering and lowly absorbing media, as turbid media do. Furthermore, the light in this wave range has not hazard effect such as ionizing and radiation and so on. As a result, it's very fit for medicinal use.At the beginning of the study, forward scattering was studied widely. Theories in existence show that because of the turbid media's non-homogeneous, the qualities of the light will be damaged mostly, especially, the polarized quality. But now, more and more experimentation prove that in the direction of 180 degree, the back scattering light show a good ability of keeping its polarized quality. So, it carries a lot of information about the turbid media. Furthermore, the direction of 180 degree has the practicability because it can be detected easily. So it has the important meaning in the field of the theory and practice to study thecharacter of 180 degree backscattering of the turbid media.The traditional measurement of blood is always to collect blood with needle. Then to mix blood with reagent for the needful parameters, for example enzymatic response. But the reagent which is needed in the experiment is always expensive. So we want to measure blood without reagent, in order to decrease the experimental expense and make the fabricative system more applied. At the same time, we will measure of different samples, and hope to find a new method to find the relation with exercise and biology optical characteristics and to find a way to measure biologic organizing without loss and organizing athletic parameters.Experimental rat takes action in learning flesh and exploring new drugs in about 200 years. Researcher found that mice's gene is similar with human. So in the experiment ,we plan to measure the scattering character of mice's serum and to offer an valuable reference gist for the connection of sports biology and optics.The thesis includes four sections.The first part introduces simply the significance and the new development of the backscattering and the means , purpose , feasibility, meaning of the thesis detailedly.The second part introduces some basal concepts, for example, turbid media, scattering, backscattering quality and so on . Furthermore, it emphasizes the optical measure of biologic organizing.The third part introduces the experiment system and its operating principle. And then expresses the principle of the measuring the 180 degree backscattering polarized characteristic of the turbid media detailedly. It gives Mueller matrix of all the elements in the experiment system, the mathematical representation for the reaction between the polarized light and the elements, the relation between the detected signal and the three scattering natural parameters, reflection power r polarization-preserving β and angle of rotation -α.In the fourth part, we do the specific measurement to the different kinds of mice's serum with different athletic intensions and different sampling ways.
