In this paper ,the air pressure data of 535 processes of gales about the area of Easten Asia from 1970 to 1999 is used to calculate the annual extreme wind speed, the annual extreme wave heights and the annual current speed in the method of hindcasting technique. The observation data form oil field in Bohai Sea and the TOPEX altimeter data are used to compare to the data form calculation in order to prove the reliability of the calculated data. After that the calculated data is used to analyze the marine environmental extreme value parameters of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.The results show:the processes of typhoons have more influence on long-term extreme wind speed and wave height; the tide current and the storm tide current play different roles in different areas of seas. The values of long-term extreme current speed of the Bohai Sea ,the north of the Yellow Sea, the west coast of Korea Byland and the Shanghai neighboring sea area are bigger than other areas. The results have great significance for the sailing and training of the navy, and also have great significance for the development of the economy of around areas.
