Education is improving with the advance of society and the development of human being. At the beginning of twentieth century, the discovery of the theory of relativity and quantum mechanics have changed peoples' lives and social development, and also richened the educational content. At that time, the nonlinear science only begin to appear because of lacking of calculating tool, people used to utilize simple and approximate models to replace real objects in the fields of education and research. Nonlinear science developed very quickly since 1960's , with the help of the advance of computer and science calculation. Now, a part of nonlinear theories are used in production and living. Nonlinear knowledge would be good resource for education.In the nonlinear science, the nonlinear physical science is very important. The models of it are used in many relevant fields, sometimes. Now, college physics teaching brings forward the principle of "emphasizing basic knowledge and infiltrating last science knowledge". But, in practical teaching, college teachers face the questions that time is cut down and teaching content is increase. How to effectually introduce nonlinear physical knowledge in physics education? This question is thought by many college physics teachers, and they have tried for new ways to do it. But the teaching results are lack of universality and feasibility. This paper sum up the predecessors' research achievements, and talk about how to effectually introduce nonlinear physical knowledge in college physics teaching. Some teaching designs and practical results are also given in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduced the constitution of nonlinear physical science in four aspects. Secondly, it analyses and confirms the predecessor's research achievements on the constitution of nonlinear physical teaching. Thirdly, encircling how to effectually induce nonlinear physical knowledge in college physics teaching, the paper discusses the teaching method and content and form. Then, taking the relevant knowledge in mechanics and light as carrier, the writer conceives nonlinear physics teaching. Finally, this paper introduced the special subject study which was carried out in Department for intensive instruction of NJNU . It hopes that this paper will promote the nonlinear physics teaching, and give some good idea for college teachers.
