| The cross section of the ~71Ga(n, γ) Ga reaction in the neutron energy range between 0.6MeV and 3.0MeV has been measured in term of the activation method, with reference to the cross section of ~197Au(n, γ)~198Au reaction. The incident neutron spectrum at the experimental condition has been simulated with the code MCNP, and the scattering neutron influence has been calculated with the spectrum. The neutron spectra at different experimental conditions have also been simulated, and show that the experiment set up which has been applied in the present work is the best choice at the existing condition. |
