Shift Coherent Involved In The Study Of The Interference Image Data Processing Method

Interferometric testing is a high accuracy and sensitivity testing technology. Digital wavefront interferometer based on phase shifting interferometry(PSI) combines light, mechanism, electricity and computation together. It achieves high accuracy and automatization and is widely used in the test of optical components.The principle of phase shifting interferometry and the algorithm of wavefront unwrapping is discussed the software of the collection and processing of PSI interferograms, The retrieving of wavefront and drawing of the results is introduced. Based on the research on the processing of methed of interferograms , an improved algorithm is proposed.It exploits lowpass and highpass to process interferogramms in frequency field and awerage filter medsanfiltering the space field.These methods are used to process the interferograms ,and the experimental results show that these methods can improve the quality of interferograms and the accury of interferometric testing.
