In this paper , the precision measurement of spherical surface' s radius is introduced. It is very important in quality controlling of optic system and etc. On the base of introduction of the existing methods, we select monochromatic interferometer to measure the radius. The designed system consists of the optic parts and the electrical circuits .The optic parts consist spherical interferometer part and length' s laser measurement part. The spherical interferometer part is used to fix the confocal point and the cat's eye point .By the rigid configuration , we can make optic systems together .Length' s laser measurement part is used to measure the length of cat' s eye point and confocal point. This distance is the spherical surface' s radius .This measurement' s outputs are three beams which has90~0phase difference . In the next , three beams are taked over by three diodes.Then , beams will be processed by subtraction circuit, double frequency circuit , direction distinguished circuit .counter circuit and displaycircuit. If display circuit displays the number n. By expression R=(λ/8)n, wecan calculate the radius R .
