Nowdays. Left-handed materials is the topic for many scientist's research for its special properties. Fibonacci super-lattice does not only have particular structure but also have peculiar physical properties. In this paper, The optical transmission in an one-dimension Fibonacci supper-lattice composed of right-handed and left-handed materials is investigated by means of the transfer-matrix method by numerical simulation. First, This paper carefully studied of the optical transmission when changed the material's refractive index, the angle of incidence and the polarization of the light. Second, This paper studied the Fibonacci supper-lattice with defect materials in different layers, and changed the optics thickness and the materials of the defects, and compared it with the one-dimension Fibonacci supper-lattice composed of only right-handed materials. At last, This paper studied the imaging in an one-dimension Fibonacci supper-lattice composed of right-handed and left-handed materials in different conditions. Moreover, compared it with the period matamerials. From the analyzed we have the conclusion as follows:(1)When the angle of incidence is vertical. And when K_Ad_A=K_Bd_B=θ= (k±1/2) (k=1.2.3 …) , the transmission in FC(2N+1) possesses cycle feature. FC(2N)multilayers have the property of a switch.(2) It is found that left-handed material is useful to increase the optical band-gaps and made the transmission of location, width,number changed obviously.(3) when the angle of incidence is certain value in S polarization. The optical band-gaps is disappeared, and the transmission near to 1. From this indicated that there have no entirely orientation photo band-gaps. It is different from the period matamerials. But in P polarization, Fibonacci supper-lattice composed of right-handed and left-handed materials have the entirely orientation photo band -gaps.(4) when the Fibonacci supper-lattice inducted defects, the photoband-gaps is enlarged obviously and produced defect frequency. When the defects are negative absorbable medium. The transmission of the Fibonacci supper-lattice enlarged very much and even more than one .(5) At the same layers and the same deviations of the permittivity and permeability, the peak of multilayers is higher than the Fibonacci superlattice. That is to say , Fibonacci superlattice is rather to restrain the peak. In a way, the image approach more perfect.
