Qiuling oilfield is a typical oilfield with low porosity and permeability. It is difficult to identify oil zone and gas zone from water zone and to evaluate reservoir, during all the time of exploration and development.The study which bases on the data of core and takes the logging data as a measure gives a way to evaluate reservoir using logging data in Qiuling oilfield.The technical way of this study is to sort the cores which have different parameter of pore texture, then to combine the result of core analysis and logging data. The reservoir can be classed by logging data. The cementation index m is adjusted by the oil saturation of hermetical sampling core, the aim is to make oil saturation by logging data accord to oil saturation by core analysis.The logging data which is taken in the oil base well is considered as standard, and influencing regulation of logging resistivity by mud invasion has been found out at the different pore type and oil saturation.The model of reservoir porosity has been established, further, the oil saturation of reservoir can be obtained, and the result of oil saturation is still checked by capillary pressure curve of core which can simulate the distributing regulation of oil saturation in reservoir scale , and checked by the result of well test.The viewpoint can be gotten through the study in Qiuling oilfield: it is key to evaluate the pore texture using logging data in reservoir with low porosity and low permeability;the reservoirs with different pore texture have different cementation index m;it is sure that the change of pore texture leads to the change of cementation index m;only been having the right cementation index m, the right reservoir oil saturation can be gotten by logging data;the mud invasion into reservoir has different influences to different pore texture.It is effective to identify the oil zone from water zone ,to evaluate reservoir by logging data through this way. The model of the distributing regulation of oil saturation in reservoir scale is still obtained in different pore texture, at the same time, the relationship between character of reservoir and stress pressure. It is more important that the measure of how to evaluate the reservoir with low porosity and low permeability is acquired.
