| With the development of industry, air, water, soil are severely polluted. So much research have been focused on the protection of environment. TiO2 is an effective material which can degrade contamination into CO2, H2O etc in the sun. And it is also widely known for its advantages: high photocatalysis, innocuity, cheapness, phase stabilization in water. However, there still are some problem existing when TiO2 is used in industry. The ability of photocatalysis especially need to improv.As for Sol-Gel fitting in industry, it can be easily prepared with simple device. Therefore, here Sol-Gel is selected to fabricate TiO2 film. First sol is prepared, spin coating sol on substrate, then anneal it in 500℃ and gain TiO2 film with anatase structure. All films of TiO2 have a strong absorbing near ultraviolet radiation and have effective ability of photocatalysis.First it is discussed that the different ways of water, chelator, H2O content, solvent content, pH value, reaction temperature influence the quality of sol in process of sol. From the experiment, drops increasing method is learnt. And at the same time, using acetic acid as chelator, the content of water and alcohol, the best PH value and temperature of reaction. Then the preparation parameters are optimized and the high-grade sol is produced.Then some factors that influence the quality and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 film made by spinning coating are discussed. Through changing any factor, it is found that the efficiency of photocatalysis will be effected in experiments. These factors including: rotation of spinning coating, density of sol, layers number of TiO2 film, and the PH value of methyl orange solution as well. Experimental results indicate that density of sol increasing, rotation decreasing, lay number increasing can improve the efficiency of photocatalysis. At last, pH value of environment influence largely the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 film too, TiO2 film has a high efficiency of photocatalysis in acid or alkaline condition, but declines in neutral or alkalescent one.
