During the reservoir description, the exact description of geologic parameter charactering is an important content of our researches, its reliability would be directly related for sequent the veraciousness of reservoir simulation rationality of deploying well pattern. The application and development regionalization variable and stochastic model theory offer a advanced tool for reservoir description.For establishing reasonable geology model, this paper is based on looking up the theory of the geostatistics as well as the correlative literature of reservoir description by using it, and the geostatistics has been study and practiced, the contents as followed ①The summing up of the statistical analysis data, and give relative merits of it; ②The discussing Variograms model and its geology significance and the studying calculating experimental Variograms;③Based on the researching and discussing of the theory of Kriging and stochastic simulation, Kriging and Variograms are programmed by Visual Basic, which is used in stochastic modeling of Guan 104 block in Da Gang oil field combination with stochastic simulation, and we get the distribution of the geology character parameter's spatial structure and uncertain, it is preparing for the fine numerical simulation and dynamic analysis.Applying geostatistics to reservoir description can build more precise reservoir model, weigh the uncertain of spatial structure and provide logical reference for setting up development plan of reservoir and dynamic analysis, so it is very popular in geologist.
