| In this paper, the merits of explosive sintering and its development are introduced first, then the method of explosive sintering and the mechanism of sintering are displayed, the relation of initialized specific volume to Hugoniot line of W-Ti is analyzed according to the discuss of Hugoniot line of pulverous materials. The loading and unloading equation of state of W-Ti is built using the basic materials as agency.Then the shock wave parameters of the W-Ti powder compound by the superimposition principle and correlative formula are computed.The experiment is designed and data are collected, and the metallographic of sintered alloy are made to the in-depth analysis. In addition, the emphasis of analysis is put on the causes of mach hole and crack.The method of heat explosive compaction is put forward in succession. According to the principle of Laval nozzle, the process of acceleration of flying board is deduced and is contrasted to the Gurney equation. Finally, the temperature of pre-heated powder by SHS reaction is computed assisted with finite analysis. Then the critical mass ratio between powders to be consolidated and Tic is confirmed. So the delay time between SHS and consolidation can be confirmed. All the analysis and computing will direct the next study of explosive sintering. |
