Along with the development of exploration and track technology by Rader etc, all countries take attention to the stealth. For the sake of developing the existence ability of the military target, absorbing material has already applied to the weapon of all countries extensively. Because the nanometer material can improve the ability of absorbing material, it has become Popular in the field of absorbing material.In this thesis, according to the basic theory of electromagnetic field in the layered medium. the formula of power reflectivity of multi-layer absorbing coatings was presented by using general matching law. Furthermore, with the real electromagnetism parameter of one layer absorbing materials and the wavelength of 8mm, the relationship of power reflectivity R with thickness d, general matching constant M, the real part of relative permittivity ε'_r, the real part of relative permeability μ'_r is calculated and discussed.The results show that it is better to use the absorbing materials ,which has larger value of M and μ'_r , and has smaller value of ε'_r.Using the General Matching Law, the formulas of thickness and power reflectivity of multi-layer interference absorbing materials are developed. Using the same method to discuss the relationships of various parameters. Put forward the regulation of designing the single layer interference nanometer absorbing materials. Choosing the larger value of M and μ'_r and the smaller value of ε'_r. If aim at high frequency electromagnetic wave, Still need to choose the larger value of μ'_r. canning choose the smaller value of ε'_r then the value range of M must 0 < M < 1 ;also can choose the larger value of ε'_r, then the value range of M must larger than 1I also designed a programme. The programme can calculate the best thickness value of each layer for two layers or three layers absorbing material, by appointing the frequency of electromagnetic wave and electromagnetic parameters of material.Finally , still developed a kind of new nanometer absorbing material. The microwave Absorbing Effectiveness (AE) of nanometer materials layers was measured in the anechoic chamber, which shows that our material has good absorbing performance.
