The information management system has already gradually penetrated into all the various trades and occupations in the modern society. Storage and management of spatial data , GIS, report form technology, security technology and so on have already became the essential technology which the present majority information management system faces together.This paper takes the development of the real estate development and management system of Chengdu as a background, To GIS, researching and applying the storage and management of spatial data, the report form technology and the security technology, This system characterized by a great many of distributed information sources and variable statistic rules and items for diferent statistic purposes. To solve these problem, The system adopted the three-layer architecture based on Windows DNA ,the business logic is encaplusated as components that are executed in the component transaction sever. By this means, the performance is greatly improved and the system becomes much easer for maintaining and expending.The spatial data management problem of this system, based on Geographic Information System special analysis and arithmetic theory, established foundational spatial data management platform and carried out unification management of spatial and non-spatial data. Though unified management of spatial data and attribute data, correspond attribute information with spatial position, actualize query each other and supply gist with visualization special chart. Combined with Oracle Server database, actualized the data collection, storage and management, made the management scientific and standard and provided scientific gist for the project. The study achieved the relevant functions of sub-systems of foundational data management and reached the goal of safe management and visualization query. |
