Xinjiang Oilfield Seven District J <sub> The 1 </ Sub> B Sedimentary Facies And High Resolution Sequence Stratigraphy Studies

The author synthetically applied sedimentation, petroleum geology, high-resolutionsequence stratigraphy, well logging, etc, through the observation of researched area cores andthe analysis of basic data as well-logging curves, the paper has studied on the sedimentaryfades and the characters of High-resolution Sequence Stratigraphy of badaowan Formation(J₁b) from No.7 area in Sinkiang oil field.Based on the numerous predecessors' data and practical observation research, and combining with the comprehensive research of well-logging data, and extracting some sedimentary facies symbols such as rock colors, lithology, sedimentary structure, well logging, profile structures and etc, the paper considers that Badaowan Formation from No.7 area in Sinkiang oil field develops braided delta deposition and braided river deposition, and recognizes six sedimentary microfacies as flood swamp, interdistributary bay, distributary channel, flood plain, channel bar and channel detention facies. Also, the paper described detailedly and made a comprehensive conclusion of the characters of sedimentary facies, sub-facies and microfacies. The main sedimentary facies of centre section and lower section are braided river deposition; upper section is braided delta plain sub-face deposition. Finally, the paper summarized the sedimentary modes of Badaowan Formation in No.7 area.Applied the theory and technique methods of High-resolution Sequence Stratigraphy and combined with the sedimentary characters of Badaowan Formation, the paper firstly makes a study in this area by High-resolution Sequence Stratigraphy. The paper figures that the Formation can be further divided into four MSC, 10 SSC and 34 SSSC. And the paper discusses the sedimentary sequences and superposition modes of two kinds of base-level circles structural types. Take the midterm base-level circles stratigraphy as contrasted block frame, short-term base-level circles stratigraphy as contrasted framework and over-short term base-level circles stratigraphy as isotime stratum contrasted unit, the paper takes a isotime stratum contrast in Badaowan Formation by high resolution. Based on this, the paper makes a detail division of thin layer sandstone bodies and single sandstone bodies.
