The influence of midium localization about different parameters has been analysed from photon localization of random laser and photonic crystal in this paper. Single-dimensional and two-dimensional models have been constructed based on semiclaasical theory about midium localization in random medium. The spacial distribution and spectra characteristic of the previous models have been analysed with the variations of the scatterers, partical size,concentration and bump laser power while the light field distribution of them are simulated by FDTD. It can be concluded that: There are three steps of random medium power spectra divided in time, they are model symbiont, model rival-election and model stabilization; There is no explicit relationship between harmonic frequency in local model and scatterers, only the model intensity changed; The harmonic frequency of random cavity is changed only when the partical size variated, and the model intensity is relative to the scatterers and concentration. The equations of reflection ratio and refraction index of single-dimensional photonic crystal are deduced by transmission matrix method, and the band gap structures of photonic crystal with periodicity, optic thickness and angle of incident light variation are simulated.Photon localization existed when flaw layer lead-in full photonic crystal,part of the forbidden band become non-light tight.The local model is relative to the thickness of flaw layer. The random medium film of TiO2 and ZnO have been prepared in nanometer magnitude by the method of collosol-gelatum experimentally. Surface pattern, partical size and refraction index of the film are studied, which will give important offer to the continuous research. The study of the localization in photon in random medium can give theoretic support and use value to the implementation of random laser and the research of photonic crystal similar to the photonic semi-conductor.
