High Pulsed Power Technology is called Intense Relativistic Particle Beam, including electronic beam and particle beam. It is still called High Power Particle Beam Accelerator. It was developed a new science technology because of the demand of National Defence. In the past 40 years, the development of High Pulsed Power Technology was remarkable.High Power Beams is applied in many science research fields and has been the available research instrument, generally, the government take their hands to the high risk because of high investment. In our nation, the research is more emphasize theory and experiment, but the PIC is not sophisticated.This paper presents the work theory of linear induction accelerator. And the solenoid was numerically calculated in this paper. According to comparing the magnet value between the numerical calculation and experiment, test its right. The paraxial ray equation of beam was deduced on and beam transport in the whole accelerator cube was simulated by MAGIC. Then, it was simulated by CHIPIC and compared with the result of MAGIC. The Corkscrew equation was deduced on in the Column coordinate system. The related factors that can affect on the Corkscrew were obtained by MAGIG. Ccnclusion on the simulation, exploit a 2.5 dimension simulation software on LIA based on the CHIPIC.Finally, a novel compact electrostatic accelerator cube is put forward by the theory of electronoptics. This cube is less one metre long, but the energy of electron beam can reach 10MeV without magnet field in the cube. By MAGIC simulation, a better cube is optimized and the beam can go through the accelerator cube free.
