Huize Lead&Zinc ore deposit is belonged to the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou Zn-Pb-(Ag) metallogenic region, the district is located the southwest edge of the Yangzi plateform and east of the Xikang-Yunnan axis, its east was controlled by the Zhaotong-Qujing concealed fault and its west controlled by the Xiaojiang fault. Experienced the exhalative hydrothermal sedimentation,pneumatoly-hydrothermal superimposition and tectonic reformation, then formed Kuangshanchang,Qilinchang.Dashuichang giant-scaled Lead&Zinc ore deposits and Yingchangpo samll-scaled Ag-Pb-Zn deposit and so on.The ore has the following geological characteristics: (1) high ore grade (Zn+Pb>25 wt%); (2) enrichment in Ag and Ge, In,Ga, Cd Tl trace elements; (3) ore distribution was controlled by both lithological and structural features; (4) simple wall-rock alteration; (5) mineral zonation within the orebodies;This article is embarked from the basic geology research and collecting related datas on the basis of the previous researchers' conclusion, analyzing the macroscopical process of the tectonic and mineration in the district. also the characteristics of isotope composition microelement distribution fluid inclusions in the deposit are analyzed and contrasted. Homogenisation temperatures of fluid-inclusion was 165-220℃, with double-peak model, indicating ore-forming fluids were experienced the exhalative hydrothermal sedimentation and tectonic reformation. Salinities reached 6.6-12 wt.% NaCl, indicating the abroadly distributing evaporate rocks is important to the mine forming. On these basis,concluding some results about ore formation. Draw a conclusion that the ore was deposited under the exhalative hydrothermal sedimentation and reformed by the Emeishan basalts pneumatoly-hydrothermal superimposition in the environment of the early coal epoch basin. The ore-forming fluids were predominantly derived from the deep mantle and the lower stratums.On the above foundation, combining mineration construction with structure-mineral reformation, the macroscopical studies with microscopical studies, the author summed up the main out comes which are showed in the following orders:1. Via analysis of main ore-controlling elements, concluding the deposit is obviously controlled by the layer, petrography and tectonic evolution, tectonic evolution is especially important to the distribution of ores. The ore-body is mainly deposited in the purple red, shallow purple medium-macro crystal dolomite which was influenced by exhalative hydrothermation.2. By the study of isotopes elements, trace elements, fluid inclusions and rare elements, combining geochemical features of mines, this paper has discussed the physic-chemical conditions and metallogenic source. It considered that the genetic type of Huize Lead&Zinc ore deposit was a model of exhalative hydrothermal sedimentation then experienced Emeishan basalts superimposition.3. The ore-forming criteria for the prognoses of metallogenesis are proposed on the basis of the comprehensive studies. According to the criteria, the favourable targets for ore-forming are enclosed and the prospects of them are analyzed.
