Along with emergence of laser in 1960s, laser instrument are fast developed . By virtue of laser, many analysis apparatus were well developed. Laser is light amplification by simulated emission of radiation. Compare with ordinary lamp-house, laser is light of high homochromy, strong direction, high luminosity and perfect intervention. So it can solve some difficulties in Analytical Chemistry. Now laser has been one of the most important lamp-house in ordinary analyses, such as Raman spectrum, Molecule Absorption Spectrum, Emission Spectrum, Fourier Transfer Infrared Spectroscopy.The content of the article is established in all kinds of research means of laser, and summarizes the principle of every laser instrument. It introduces the use of the Laser Raman Spectroscopic, laser scattering spectrum, Laser-induced Fluorescence, Laser Photo acoustic Spectrum and MALDI-MS in Biochemistry Analysis.The article partly presents the rationale, equipment, and some means of analysis, also introduces the appliance of the instrument in biochemical sample, besides the development process of the laser instrument, and its expand direction , and gives reference to the student .Although just a summarize, it also can provide the missionary who are major in laser instrument some theory and data assistance.
