The molecular motor has complex internal structure, and its mechanism has been studied by many disciplines both in China and abroad as a forefront and hotspot. Considering the interaction of the two heads of the molecular motor, the feedback control is introduced in the two-headed Brownian motor model in this paper, and we will study its mechanism of direct motion using a new method.The molecular motor can produce direct motion in the process of ATP hydrolysis, in which a series of configuration changes lead to the force change between the head and the track. We use asymmetric periodic potential to present the interaction between the motor and the track, but we make this asymmetric periodic potential transformed between the two states(0 and 1), and the flashing ratchet potential can be transited depending on the positions of the two heads, so we call this control as a feedback control, that is to say, the potential transits depending on the states of the system.This paper mainly discusses the two-headed Brownian motors which are affected by white noise and feedback control in the asymmetric potential. In three different environment that include no external driving force, constant driving force and periodic driving force act on the two-headed Brownian motor, we respectively discuss the change of current with the initial length and the spring constant of the spring. The current is periodic in the initial length of the spring, there is an optimal value of spring coefficient, which makes the current reach maximum, and the current is sensitive to the change of the temperature. We compare the ability of their direct movement in the three environment, when there's no external driving force it is minimum. We also study the efficiency of the Brownian motor with the load force and the temperature. Through analyzing the mechanism of the three environment, it fully shows that the coordination of each parameter can reflect the high complexity and coordination of the mechanism of organism.
