Establishment of 1: 10000 fundamental geographical spatial platform will timely meet the insistent demands on government information engineering construction for fundamental geographical information. For the kernel of platform is database establishment, entering the warehouse and refreshment of data is the key part of building 1: 10000 fundamental geography spatial platformTo guarantee the accuracy of data, it is necessary to have a quality examination before data entering the warehouse. Data form of entering the warehouse is required to be the same by pre-processed data and database, which is propitious to finish entering the warehouse automatically of data quickly. In addition, entering the warehouse and refreshment of data is desired to have the characteristics of automatization level and superiority.Vector data will meet the demands fundamental geographical spatial information platform for data by several procedures including data examination and data pre-processes and entering the warehouse. Therefore, research on entering the warehouse automatically of batch data is significant.In this dissertation, some key procedures on vector data entering the warehouse were firstly analyzed in details. Then, the author designed and exploited relevant component with ArcObjects and VB as exploitation platform which comprised of quality examination (including marginal point examination and object examination and layer examination component) and pre-processes( involving data model transformation and projection transformation and line object margin component in the map) and entering the warehouse( consisting of entering and refreshment component). Experiment examination showed that the above components can improve the speed of data quality examination and pre-processes and entering the warehouse, which will also implement automatization process on data entering the warehouse and refreshment in the provincial fundamental geographical spatial platform.
