With the great development of West China, lots of infrastructure constructions continue to increase recently. Especially with western rich water resources, hydraulic engineering has been developed rapidly. During the earth-rock dam, embankment and slope engineering, groundwater permeability is great influenced on stability of soil. Therefore, it is great significance to research the soil permeability on engineering constructions. Predecessors have made fruitful achievement, but there is less research about specific debris flow accumulation. Based on this, the dissertation mainly studies the debris flow accumulation of Lengzhuguan hydroelectric station slope, and obtained some achievements as below.(1)Through permeability test analyzed, it obtained the relationship of accumulation P5 content and critical hydraulic gradient J0, P5 content and permeability coefficient k, and the corresponding equation of regression. It is a conclusion that the less than d30 fine particles made the control action to the permeability in debris flow accumulation. It deduced the method of theory permeability coefficient, and has the better certification about the experimental result and we can make it as the theoretical calculation of permeability coefficient of debris flow accumulation.(2)Through numerical simulation, it analyzed the permeability of slope groundwater systematically, and made the coupled analysis to stress field and seepage field, also analyzed the base sedimentation under multi-factor conditions (slope fore water-level fluctuation, seismic force and wind force) and this result is basically correspond with practice.(3)Based on limit equilibrium method, it analyzed and appraised the slope stability with the role of seismic force and strong storm rainfall.(4)According to practical conditions and based in usual methods of impermeable reinforcement, it made the impermeable reinforcement measure of various combinations to build the impermeable wall with bored piles, high pressure swing and grouting.
