In the 21st century, with market competition becoming increasingly intense,customers increasingly desire for high quality of products and service. So the aim ofimproving products quality is to satisfy the customers' demand. In order to manifest thedemand of customers to the product quality, the methodology of Quality FunctionDeployment (QFD) obtains broad application. The most remarkable characteristic ofQFD is to request the manufacturing to listen unceasingly to the customers' voice and toreceive the customers' opinion, then manifest these demands in the developing productsthrough appropriate methods, thus enhance the degree of customers' satisfaction. In otherwords, QFD is a product developing method based on customers' opinion.The paper focuses on the product quality, and studies the application of QFD in thedesign of products based on system science.
