The ore-controlling structures, element and fluid geochemistry, tectono-geochemistry of Huangbuling gold deposit were studied according to the theory and method of metallogenic system. The metallogenic regularities of Lingbei fault zone were analyzed. Prospecting targets were predicted on the base of optimal indicator elements analysis.1. The ore-controlling faults were laevogyrate according to direction of sharp inclination between small angle heterotropic shear joints and orebodies. The stress field during metallogenic epoch was SW-NE extrusion according to classified statistic of joints. Direction of the biggest pressure stress forming the minerogenetic faults was 30°∠42°. The orebodies' pitchs were controlled by the stress field and the faults' intersection line.2. Compared with the fresh granite, content of TiO2, Al2O3, FeO, MnO decrease in the red-altered granite and sericitized rock, but content of CO2 and H2O+increase obviously.∑REE,∑Ce/∑Y and La/Sm ratio decreased from red-altered to sericitization. Au, Ag, Bi, Cu, Pb, Zn moved obviously in alteration and mineralization. Content of Au, Ag, Bi had positive correlation with K2O, Fe2O3 in the rock samples.3. Hydrothermal convection metallogenic system of Jiaodong mineralization-concentrated region and metallogenetic model of Huangbuling gold deposit were proposed. The key of mineralization in Huangbuling were large-scale convection of ore-forming fluids and circulation of sulfur and carbon in the background of crust-mantle interaction in Yanshanian. Linglong granite offered Au element during water-rock reaction. The sea water's plenty supply was another important factor of mineralization.4. According to 200m×50m tectono-geochemistry survey in Huangbuling-Qilishan area and multianalysis of data, the optimal indicator elements association near orebodies was Au-Ag-Bi-Cu, and As-Sb-Hg-Pb association abnormity appeared in orebodies' periphery. Oblique reference factor scores of element anomaly-Y(i,2), Y(i,3), Y(i,9) and Y(i,12) can be regarded as comprehensive index of geochemical exploration. 9 prospecting targets positions were determined by tetono-geochemistry anomaly's scale, intensity, element association and gelogic setting in Huangbuling survey area.
