Ticket queue technology has been used for many years.It is widely used in service industries and government offices.As soon as a customer arrive,he will get a ticket number,and the number currently being served is broadcast on a display panel.We will discuss two models,one is the ticket queue with balking and reneging customers,according the different between his ticket number and the broadcast number,he make a decision whether he joins the queue or leave the system.We propose that if the difference between his ticket number and the displayed number exceeds his patience level,he will leave(balk).When the waiting time exceeds his patience level,he also leave(renege).We propose a Markov chain model and get its stationary distribution;and we also get some key performance measures of the ticket queue.Another is the the ticket queue with balking customers and two servers,we offer a good way to study this model.
