There are many factors contributing to the accident of Geological Hazards,the characters of them are distribution widespread, frequent activities and serious harm In my country, since 1999, China Geological Survey carries a geo-hazard survey plan in serious geo-hazard almost 700 counties (cities) into execution in order to investigating the the law of distribution , establishing the system of control,alleviating the losses of geological hazard. This article is based on the LuDian project which is the one of 700 counties geology hazards investigation and zoning project .In the progress of implementing project, considering the zoning of geology hazards liability is the basis of hazard prevention but at present the geology hazards liability zoning keeps qualitative analysis remaining dominant .So this article is based on the search of LuDian geology hazards liability .It applies GIS technology to the geology hazards liability zoning to improve the existing liability zoning theory and technology.This article studies mainly the following content:(1) Start with the LuDian natural,geography,geology environment background to discuss the geology hazards type,features and formation .It can get the main factors of LuDian geology hazards which contain the topography,relief,soil condition , structure , climate , vegetation and human being activities.(2) By analyzing the main factor of geology hazards , determine the geology hazards key element. It adopts marking law to assign value to every lattice element factor . Build the system administration space, attribute data and Just—in—time inquiry on geographic information system basis. Adopt gray relative quantitative analysis method to calculate the leading hazards factor weight with the main factor of geology hazards current situation . Build leading hazards index system of Lu Dian to calculate synthetically every lattice dangerous with the index weight method to build -geology hazards danger mathematic model.(3) Make use of terrain model method to carry out the discrete data of every , reaching the space distribution which is strong or weak of the geology hazards liability . In generating the isoline , contrasting the zoning results between two kinds of method ,choosing the rational zoning range. Ultimate,we circles one easy generate district, three more easy generate districts and two most easy generate districts which can provide significant information for the hazard reduction.The main purpose of that I emphasize the work of the geology disaster zoning is to make up the deficiency of technology and method of it and provide gist for prevention and cure in the follow work.
