| Based on the experimental dates of relaxation dynamics of DNA,we present a new theoretical model in the paper.In our model,DNA chain is regarded as freely connecting segments with a bead tethered to the end of the chain.During the process of relaxation dynamics,we do not only consider the friction of bead-DNA and tension of DNA chain,but also the interaction between DNA and glass surface in our new modal.The theoretical result is in good agreement with experimental dates. |
