Quantum entanglement is one of the most basic characteristics of quantum mechanics. It plays a vital role in quantum mechanics and quantum information , so quantification of entanglement is very important. This article discusses two kinds of systematic entanglement quantity change, using the Peres criterion, which obtains from the classics T-C model. One is the influence of dispersive media to interatomic entanglement quantity, when interatomic does not have the pair distance between electrodes. Another is the influence of dispersive media to interatomic entanglement quantity, when interatomically has the pair distance between electrodes. This article has four chapters, the first chapters describes some basic concepts of quantum entanglement, the second chapter discusses entanglements characteristics of two atomic emotional in T-C model, gives some important conclusions, which has a certain of significance on the preparation and control. The third chapter summarized in the common dispersive media three kind of model basic situations. The last chapter gives a simple introduction on applications of quantum entanglement in quantum teleportation and quantum computer field.
