Foamed cement banking (hereafter as FCB) is mixture beating up from cement, soil, water and vesicant. The main characteristics for FCB are low density, heat insulation, streaming and solid FCB erection.Through the researches for either local or abroad vesicant stuff, the main characteristics for all kinds of vesicant stuff are gotten and filtered for the right albumen vesicant. Through detailed room test for FCB, its mechanics and road characteristic are gotten. Through analyzing for road freeze and thawing mechanism and the effect factors by numerical calculating and analyzing, the heat insulation effects are gotten under different climate terms and different FCB depth, with different subgrade height and extent, with different heat transfer coefficient FCB for frozen earth protection or road freeze and thawing prevention.Sum up local or abroad researches for frozen earth, the subgrade design technique are gotten and put FCB as frozen earth ground protection on trial road and get the heat insulation construction technique for frozen earth ground. It is the first time to regard FCB as road base freeze and thawing prevention, to analyze the reason for FCB road base failure through trial road construction, to summarize up the experiences to get reasonable application extent and design system for FCB road base.
