The synthesis,characterization and applications of mesoporous TiO2 film were introduced in this thesis.The microstructure and performances of ordered mesoporous TiO2 film fabricated by sol-gel method were investigated,and the film formation mechanism was discussed.The catalytic activity of TiO2 film prepared with different conditions for Rhodamine B was measured and the catalytic principle was discussed.According to the reported EISA method,we successfully prepared a series of well-ordered mesoporous TiO2 film.With changing of the reactant ratio,film preparing method,aging conditions of sol and film,annealing condition,the influences of the template quality,pH value,aging temperature of the sol and film, annealing temperature and heat preservation time on porous structure,order and film qualities of TiO2 film were studied.The pore structure and the crystalline category of TiO2 film were identified with SEM,XRD,XRR,FT-IR and positron annihilation technique.The TiO2 films with different pore structure,porosity,and ion doping were fabricated.The catalytic ability was measured for the degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye and the catalytic principle was investigated combined with the structure characterization.In addiation,some study on low-k SiO2 materials was also stated.
