With the improvement of the of production reliability and the rapid update of the production, therefore, the step-stress accelerating life testing get the quickly development. But the testing is limited by the cost or the experimentalist in order to find out the period characteristic of the pro-duction, the progressively cencored testing, is mentioned in fifties last century, is quickly develop. In the progressively cencored testing, when the appoint amount productions lose efficacy, the ap-point amount productions are extracted from the uninvalid. Then the normal production continued testing, the appoint amount productions are extracted from the uninvalid again until the appoint amount productions lose efficacy. The trial continued until the expected amount productions lost efficacy. The progressively cencored testing is also called theⅡ-type trial.In 2004, Wang bingxing give the parameters' point estimation and interval estimation of the weibull distribution under the progressively cencored. Xu xiaoling derived the maximum like-lihood estimation and inverse estimation of weibull distribution for the weibull tampered failure rate model based on progressively censored under the step-stress accelerated life testing. And there is no the literature about the parameters of the cumulative exposure model. Special in the progressive-stress.In the present paper we have the following results:first, the maximum likelihood estimation of the weibull CE model for the step-stress accelerated life testing, based on the progressively censored data, is derived. Then an example is give through Monte-Carlo simulations. Second, the maximum likelihood estimation of the weibull TFR model for the progressive-stress accelerated life testing, based on the progressively censored data, is derived. Then an simulated example is give through Monte-Carlo simulations. Last, the estimation of the weibull TFR model extended form the step-stress accelerated life testing to the progressive-stress accelerated life testing. Then an example is give to testify the feasibility of the methods. In view of the complexity of the likelihood function under the progressively censored data. The result of the functions'calculate make use of the matlab.
