This paper includes the following two parts:In part one the author introduce mainly some signals,definitions and theorems:In the second part.we not onlly give the construction of right process but also proof it.for a given right process.its minimal and boundary process had been discussed in detailed:in the paper of(?)the construction theory and path's structure of markov chain?? written by Professor YanGuo jun.In addition.Minoru Motoo had been prooved the existence of the right process for a given minimal process and boundary system in[3].In this paper,we give the construction and proof of right process in detailed.
